Carolina is a Licensed Counselling Therapist-Candidate with the College of Licensed Counselling Therapists of New Brunswick and a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and a Diploma in Mindfulness and Alternative and Complementary Therapies. With over 10 years of experience in the field of mental health, Carolina specializes in a trauma-informed, holistic, and integrative approach. Her work draws from evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and Narrative Therapy, as well as mind-body and mindfulness-based practices including Somatic Therapy and Inner Child Work. She supports individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, and challenges related to self-worth and identity.
